Review on Cable Matters Mini DisplayPort Black Accessories & Supplies by Robert Bigelow

Purchased to extend my work monitor to dual monitors. Both LCD monitors use DVI cables. Unfortunately, my desktop tower computer only has 1 DVI port. Other available display ports are 2 Mini Display (or Thunderbolt) ports. My only option was to find a cable with DVI on one end and Mini DisplayPort on the other end. I found this Mini DisplayPort to DVI cable and the price was right in my budget. The cable was easy to use - just plug in and go! My computer immediately recognized my second display with this cable. The cable itself makes a robust and durable impression. The locking pins on the DVI end attach securely to my monitor with no issues. The quality of the cable itself is excellent - I don't see any signs of degradation on my screen - my monitor still maintains 1080p quality.
