We are a small team of developers who work together to build websites for our clients.

When I worked with them I had many concerns about whether the project would actually get completed. But as soon as I hired them, they took control of my website, showed me how it should be designed and got it up and running within a week. And when I asked them to make changes they were really proactive in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. They've been super responsive and helpful every step of the way. It's been great having a personal relationship with a person rather than dealing with a generic email form.

Pros

Great communication, always clear updates, and quick responses
Their work quality was outstanding and they exceeded my expectations by far
Superb customer service

Cons

Customer service could be better, but they responded very quickly to any issues we had.
They have good design skills, but their skill is not yet fully developed and requires more time
If they were only able to complete part of a task then they would leave an incomplete status
