Not very good
I like this idea, but it's difficult to clean and not very sharp. I love trying different kitchen gadgets to make life easier for toddlers and this was a little disappointing. It works for bananas and that's it, I tried using it for a hot dog and it was a complete failure and I ended up having to use a knife to cut it.
