First I had to check and make sure they really are strong enough not to fall off my fridge in the middle of the night. I can definitely say that these things are strong! I tested it with my hard marble mortar and pestle, which weighed just under 5 pounds. He didn't even move! The shelves are wide enough to hold two rows of standard sized spice bottles. I'll probably come back at some point to buy some more shelves for other spots in my house! Note: This would also make a great gift for teachers who have magnetic surfaces in their classrooms! They could hold hand sanitizer, buckets of pencils, whatever!
