There are waist adjustment straps on both sides, allowing you to adjust the size around the top, avoiding wearing a belt. The fabric feels smooth and soft. Overall, in terms of comfort, these jeans are better than old-school jeans. How durable they will be remains to be seen. But I don't expect any problems there either.
