Works great, but can be tricky at times.

Works very well. I don't know if my package came with instructions or not, but the trick to keeping them from falling out is to insert and twist the end of the cord properly. This can sometimes be a problem as some click cords seem very unruly (but that's not due to the end caps, just the Addi-Click system).
