I didn't even bother to check the dimensions because I didn't care. Tiny means Steven can hold it, big means it's a good cage toy. It's right in the middle: he CAN hold it if he wants to, but it's definitely not a green-cheeked foot toy (see video for size). Probably foot toys for Revain, Gray Parrot, Macaw, 'Too etc. Sun Conure and underneath is too big for that I would say. He loves it, it was scary until I put seeds in it. Then he liked it lol. I put safflower seeds in as best I can and he loves to dig them up. The filling is packed very tightly, but I don't want to loosen it as it can fall out completely, so let the bird do it! I like fighting the seeds while he's busy foraging! It is fibrous material (not cotton, don't worry) but 2 holes, like seaweed, thicker threads (see photo). There's no way to hang it, which I'd love to do, so I just thread a plastic chain through a knot as best I can when I want to hang it!
