The product is amazing. I've been using it for over 2 months now and it works great. I've made cotton candy with brown sugar and white sugar and it works great. You need to let it heat up for about a minute and then pour in a spoonful of sugar and then the magic begins. The item arrived well packaged. Downloaded the video when unzipped. So far we have used it daily and it works great. Kids love it and more than kids we also eat a lot of cotton candy :) From a cleaning point of view it could be better as sometimes sugar drips on the heating element but other than that it's fun to use. Be careful that children do not touch it during operation as the center will get hot.
