I like that they have been able to provide us with great results over time through their expertise as well our own efforts! They are always responsive when we need them most - whether it be during crisis situations or just general PR needs throughout each day/week etc.. Their team has become very familiar wtih what works best within my organization (and vice versa). We rely heavily upon BGT's services so there isn't much about which i can complain at this point but one thing would definitely help me out if you're considering using these guys--make sure your budget will support all costs associated before signing up!! If anyone asks who handles Crisis Communications internally then tell em' right away because thats where batemangroup excels.
