Poorly constructed handle

The product is advertised as having a lifetime warranty. The handle is poorly constructed as it is connected to the mop head with plastic parts. The parts slide out easily and the mop head detaches from the handle. Plastic parts break over time and the mop becomes unusable. I've tried multiple times to get a replacement under the lifetime warranty and no one bounces my emails.
