17 days in salt water - zero rust
Intended use: scuba diving.I am wary of anything on Ebay that says "stainless steel" and is this reasonably priced. On a whim, I bought a pack of these as well as two others. I mixed up a container of water with the same percentage salt as seawater and dropped one of each in. Left them for 17 days. On these, not a speck of rust. I think these will do just fine for diving. Now I just need to find some real stainless split rings!
- Using them for a home Gym and they've held up. Easy to use and convenient.
- They may not be suitable for extreme sports or activities
