Has been working for several months now.
This product is perfect for illuminating my garden. The lantern was installed incorrectly by the previous owner with the light sensor pointing south west instead of north, but this unit still works with no issues. I expect direct UV light will destroy the sensor at some point, so I'll add an update when the device stops working. To be clear, if it fails for me, it's the worst case scenario because it's not installed properly. With proper installation, the life of the product should be much longer than the life of my device.
