Very thick consistency but works well.

This tube is very, very difficult to squeeze. It's like Destin's bonus power, but much more concentrated. The opening of the tube is a little smaller than toothpaste and for such a thick bootie cream it is very difficult to squeeze out. But definitely if you can get over it - the quality is superb and it protects very well from the wet. I don't use this cream regularly but when we had a severe case of diaper rash (where the skin was red, swollen and scaly!) we did and it did a very good job of solving the problem in about 48 . 72 hours with permanent diapers. changes. I love the brand! The size is ideal for travel or mother's bags.
