I had the "Queen Mother Cake" recipe. The bain-marie had to melt 2 different chocolates, and I didn't have a bain-marie. So I went online and found these vapers. They worked like a charm. They sat well in my bowl, didn't slip or slide, the chocolate melted nicely! The chocolate pours easily and has a flat bottom that allows it to sit and not tip over. When it came time to wash them, no problem at all, I could just wipe them off. It's now one of my favorite pieces in the kitchen. Try it, I think you will be happy too.cswift
