Doesn't work. I even had a tech look at it. My computer doesn't recognize it. I need to know if there's something I can fix or reformat (though I'm not sure how to do that if the computer doesn't recognize it). Tried more than on the PC. There is no contact information on this page and even the warranty contact does not contact anyone.
