I'm 5ft 3in, 125lbs and wear a size 36D and the size Large fits me almost perfectly. If you have slightly larger breasts, the large size will be too small. Although the large size suited me, I did not find it. flattering at all. I bought a 3-6 month old baby for my toddler and it was adorable! They are easy to clean and comfortable. Great for mom and me photos.
