I was very skeptical because of the low price. After reading the reviews I was ready that most likely we would not be able to program ourselves. We've tried multiple times and even watched multiple YouTube videos to no avail. I called 3 Dodge dealers and got prices ranging from $90 to $150 (for programming). I also called a couple of auto mechanics and they came down the middle with a $50 add-on to get a Dodge pin. This is the key. You must have a pen for it to work. I ended up going to a Dodge dealer who offered $90 and they actually did both for that price. I was very pleased. Much better than buying and programming through Dodge which would cost over $300. I gave it 4 stars because they make you think you can program yourself and you can't. But still happy with the purchase.
