Review on 6.5-Inch Kitory Meat Cleaver - High Carbon Steel Forged Small Kitchen Knife With Natural Wood Handle, 9CrMoV18 Blade by Brandon Carr

Its gorgeous to behold. The wood handle is very pretty and the blade is large for doing large amounts of prep. I am a chef and needed a good knife for large amounts of prep. This vegetable clever fit the bill. My only complaint is the slight favor on the left bevel which makes the knife slice to the right. Ive been working on it myself. Idk if this is apart of the design that forces the knife away from the user (being right handed it pushes the blade to the right, away from my 'claw hand'). Not sure if this is for safety but I like a straight cut myself.
