Review on 🪑 Hbada Ergonomic White Office Desk Chair: Adjustable Armrest, Lumbar Support & Headrest with Breathable Skin-Friendly Mesh by Denise Diaz

Initially I held on because I thought the lumbar support was too much and I wasn't sure if I would always be uncomfortable or if the chair would "fix" my back. Well I'm back because my back is FIXED. I give the chair 5 stars because it has helped me a lot (but I will list a few cons below). I used to flex and I was always fine until one day I hurt my back and kept thinking I would never get better if I didn't stop flexing. Received this chair, had initial discomfort, then had my back repaired. BUT it turned out that by correcting my posture, the chair also corrected my breathing. Everyone knows you don't breathe as deeply when you're lounging, but did you know that it really matters? Otherwise: It is comfortable and very easy to set up (it took me 10 minutes). The armrests are low and not adjustable. Also, the lumbar support mechanism is not removable (so you don't have the option to turn it into a 'regular' chair). The headrest is easy to remove and put back on, which I like.
