Can they hold my hair up while I exercise, whether it's something as simple as swimming or something more athletic like cycling and the answer is NO! No wonder, because I knew that before I put it on my hair. It feels cheap, incredibly fragile and very brittle. Certainly not forever. However, you get what you pay for; I usually pay as much or more for one I'm okay with as long as it works, for that price you get 4. Two standard clips and two long thin ones that barely hold up. Two standard sizes have a good grip. I would not buy them and would rather pay for better quality!
