My only regret is that I didn't find this mat sooner. My hands and feet are always cold, even when my core temperature is comfortable. I regularly use hand warmers to keep my hands warm and comfortable. When I'm in the office at the computer most of the day, my hands are constantly cold and numb, causing me to lose concentration and work inefficiently. I was looking for a heated mouse and keyboard and chose this heated stand instead. It was great and just what I needed. The pad provides just enough warmth to keep my hands warm and I can adjust the temperature settings between 3 levels as needed. The pillow looks great and stays perfectly flat, does not wrinkle or warp. I'm glad I found it and there weren't any problems!
