This hairbrush has really changed my life. It's been so long since I've really been able to detangle my hair from the root. It's definitely not just a plastic comb, you can tell it's actually made of carbon fiber just by how it feels in your hands, how heavy and strong it is. The teeth are perfectly positioned to cut through large areas of tangled hair without breaking strands. Took me 20 minutes to swallow whole head bit by bit with water and conditioner. I have thick curls 4a/4b. I bought a Felicia Leatherwood brush separately to use primarily with this comb as a backup, but I don't even think I'll need it now. I doubt this comb will ever break, but if I lose it I WILL get another one.
