We have a Graco car seat and it is 6 months old. When hanging by the handle, the toy is long enough for the sloth to hide right in front of my baby's face, blocking her view of things, which I think annoys her. I think she also doesn't like dangling toys because they are below eye level. The part that quivers and rebounds is the top of the sloth's arm, not the bottom.
