Very nice skirt, as described.
Ordered for a suit. So, my daughter is about 4ft 8in and weighs 100lbs. She usually wears girls size 16. Her waist is about 30 inches. I bought size M. It fits the waist perfectly. I had to adjust the length of Lottie Moon's costume for a school presentation. Ankle length as I expected. I wore it with a turtleneck blouse with a chunky belt to spice it up. She looks like a little schoolteacher from the late 19th century! So pretty! Anyway, the fabric is nice, the waist is elastic and I ordered according to the chart. I am very happy! Also fast delivery.
