I don't know what magical solution or formula you would actually need to get these pigments to stick and show up on your nails or skin for that matter, but apparently I don't have it! I've tried, base coat, top coat, matte top, white background, black background, mixed WITH white gel polish, mixed WITH gel base and top coat. Cured for 30, 60, 15, 2Minutes. With a sponge and with a brush, sprinkled and rubbed on smh. The only way it remotely showed up more than a light pastel shimmer was when I tapped the powder into uncured White gel polish. But OMG I'm just really really disappointed at this point!
