Review on Womens Influence Cross Training Black by Bob Richardson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Comfortable, with arch support and no heel slip!

I have used these shoes for cycling, zumba and circuit training. Arch support is excellent, the ball of the foot doesn't go numb on the bike and the heel doesn't slip off even when lunging. These are my favorite training shoes. However, I tried using the circle on the sole of the shoe to rotate the zumba on the wooden floor and on the tiles - no dice. But as comfortable as they are with the arch support and cushioning in the forefoot, I would prefer this to a shoe that pivots. I have a pair of Bloch running shoes that rotate with no problem and tendonitis occurs every time I use them! I'll get rid of the fleas and buy another pair of these! I wear 8.5 inch sandals, flip flops or other shoes without socks. In training shoes, I usually use a half or full size to accommodate plush socks. I got a 9.5, which is comfortable, but I could probably pick a 9.0 for the next pair.

Pros
  • flex foil and straight locking layers provide support.
Cons
  • Not the best option.
