I'm not sure if I should be impressed or annoyed that they offer free trials to companies and individuals looking for software.
But, their software is awful. Not only does it crash frequently (and not in a fun way), but it is incredibly slow and difficult to use. When I first signed up, I tried to log in using Facebook. It was completely impossible to get into the system because it kept crashing. After 2-3 attempts, I gave up and cancelled my account. This was my second attempt, and I managed to get logged in without any issues. However, once inside, the system was unusable. It took 15 minutes to load a page. Pages would freeze while scrolling, and it would take 5-10 seconds to navigate between pages. Loading new pages would cause the old pages to freeze. On top of that, it crashed repeatedly. I spent 10 minutes waiting for it to load. Once loaded, it was impossible to scroll to see the bottom of the page, so I had to click on a link at the bottom to go back to the top.
- You can try out before committing to purchase, it might work better if you have the right equipment, especially when you are trying to use this for big numbers of users.
- Slow, crashing, hard to navigate, very poor performance.
- They don't even tell you what you're paying for!
- Don't tell people about free trials unless you want them to complain about how terrible it is.
