read the vast majority of reviews before I bought it and honestly wanted to give them a shot because what were the odds I would get a stale wig. The clasp for the starter was absurdly small and, as shown in the photo, didn't fill out enough to cover the back. I received an email from the company to let them know how it went. At first I didn't want to answer. I wanted to leave it as is but I bought the hair in hopes of my birthday which I thought would be nice a few weeks later To extend a BIG MISTAKE, one person texts me non-stop (during non-professional hours ) when she clearly doesn't help and has to tell me that I need "professional help" and go my own way to buy separate bags and sew them up, not realizing that she had previously contradicted herself. she told me the density is excellent and sees nothing wrong with it, if so why do i need more buns when there should be enough hair to cover everything. The messages were so disparaging that I wore wigs before they were special! So I know exactly what I'm doing and it doesn't take a pro to say that and see at least five of my tracks being featured. the ends of the hair were very thin, the hair stood above all the thin ones, didn't cover a single path, the length was not the length that should have fallen horribly in less than a week, they need the best wig makers and better customer service. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, in word order, RUN! PLEASE DON'T SPEND MONEY UNPROFESSIONALLY NOT HELP!
