Wasn't originally planning on buying these as they aren't as "clean" or specific about their ingredients as the other brand we picked (Eco Pea). But the newborn size on this brand is a bit large like all other natural brands I've reviewed. Note all the crappy chemical brands are a good size for newborns π€·π»ββοΈ After reading the reviews about them we decided to order some and they are almost the perfect size for our 7lb newborn. Pleasantly soft and good quality/absorbency...had a break in the last 13 days but I don't think any diaper could hold up given how small it is and even that diaper size has some leeway. None of the natural brands seem to have a preemie size. : After using these diapers for a month, I had to change my rating from 5 to 3 stars because we had nothing but breakouts 8.5 times out of 10 with these diapers π. I'm guessing our little guy just didn't have the strength to have a blast for the first two weeks. After several rounds of dying his clothes, blankets and even sheets, I decided to try the slightly larger Eco Pea diapers we had on hand. higher in the back, but still fits perfectly in the front. And a MUCH better takeover than Hello Bello! Eco Pea nappies swell faster after a baby gets dirty, but it just makes it easier to know when to change and NOTHING will leak out of the nappy! An area on his butt using Hello Bello disappeared within 24 hours of switching to Eco Pea and has not returned. Didn't know it was a diaper π±! It will not switch back.
