ThermalRight SilverArrow SB-E Extreme cooler (the same as IB-E), ASRock 990FX Professional mother More is not required; 64g of RAM and two Shapphire R9 295x2 processors are sufficient. Despite 220 tpd, I haven't noticed it in idle time 28, with a load greater than 48β50. Nothing delays or hangs; cards pulls both. even manages virtual machines.
