The description is misleading. It says it is compatible with AT&T but does NOT cover all AT&T bands. The seller must update the listing to specifically state what areas it covers. In my area and most modern areas of the US, gauge 66 is what you need. This is usually where you will get the fastest speeds. Although my Samsung phone loses more than 80MB, this router can reach 12MB max. Needless to say I am returning it.
