I wish I had received it sooner!
I have waited to purchase one of these pillows until it was absolutely necessary as I am almost 6'1 and was concerned about it being comfortable on my upper body to sit. While the tummy isn't big or really uncomfortable yet (existing back pain prompted me to), last night was the most restful night I've had since pregnancy. That's a wonderful thing. I regret waiting until week 24, but I'm glad that comfort doesn't have to be belly dependent and I can benefit from it even after the baby is born.
