The loop on the belt broke three months after purchase. Despite claiming a 100-year warranty, the seller "approved" my replacement and gave me a police officer within three weeks. First they said the order was being processed, then they blamed Revain for the delay, then they sent me a tracking number showing the label had been printed but hadn't shipped in over a week. Now I will ask for a refund to buy from another seller, hopefully with higher quality and more honest customer relations. Very disappointed in the seller and the belt.
