Good. Forget about laughter from your friends and family when they see you wearing them to bed while reading or watching TV. Don't worry, they will laugh because they look pretty ridiculous! However, if you have had ACDF surgery or other cervical surgery, or wear a neck brace, or otherwise may not be able to bend your neck, you MUST wear one of these goggles. Maybe even two. They're a bit heavy so you'll have to take them off from time to time, but they're excellent. Some padding on the nose can help a lot. You still need a thin pillow to adjust your neck/head so that the TV fits in the center of the mirrors (tilt and angle). I have a very large head and they fit me perfectly.
