Bought this motor for a 2002 TownCar driver's seat with memory. I checked with a local dealer and the new OEM motor was $220 and thought about getting it as I knew it would work and Town Car only used that seat motor on the 2002 model (at least that's what my mechanic said.when it arrived 2 days later (amazon said it might be a few days delayed which wasn't true) i was surprised that what i received wasn't even close to the picture.the box contained an almost complete assembly and when I took it to my shop they were happy to see that it contained everything that could possibly be wrong with my seat.It was easy to install and has worked non stop for the past few months. I have every reason to believe that this was a much better alternative than buying the same motor at the dealer for an additional $100.
