The ease of use, it's great that you can access this from anywhere in the world! I was having issues adding new devices to my account but they were so quick at resolving them for me with no hassle as well :) No dislikes just what i have stated previously all good! They are also very professional when contacting via email or phone too - would definitely recommend using their service over other companies out there who don't understand how business works today!! We needed an easy way to manage our office cleaning without needing employees around 24/7 (we do provide staff).
