Not happy with the service I received from Salircon.

After a recent negative encounter, I must remark that Salircon's customer service has left me feeling dissatisfied. The jewelry I received was broken, and the shoes I ordered were the wrong size. When I contacted customer support, they took forever to reply, and when they did, they weren't sorry about the error or my wait. All I had to do to get my money back was send the products back. It took over two weeks to get my money back and the return process was a pain. I get that blunders happen, but the customer service reps at Salircon showed an inexcusable lack of concern and understanding. In addition, I wasn't particularly impressed by their selection of contemporary shoes. The designs lacked originality, and the quality of the footwear was poor. The traditional jewelry offering was average, without any truly remarkable pieces. Overall, my interactions with Salircon were disappointing and frustrating. If you're in the market for high-quality goods and friendly service, I suggest seeking elsewhere.
