The best thing about this solution it's that you can integrate with other products like Jira, Slack or Zoom to improve your communication within an organization as well as between different departments of same business entity. I have not found any specific problem so far but what i dislike most in Edora One is there are too many features which make me confused while doing my job sometimes! It would be better if they could merge some options into fewer ones such as adding more icons instead having them all separately when creating new forms/cases etc. Also integration option should work faster than now since we're using slack channel often during our daily working hours. Improve communications internally by integrating with Zapier platform (Zap).
