I installed this switch in a room as a test and I liked it so I ordered 2 more very well. The dimming function is very smooth with our LED lights. The only thing I didn't like was that they reversed the order of the high, middle, low positions on the fan switch. If you press the fan switch all the way down, it's a "low" fan speed, not a "high". This is the opposite of how the first switch I bought works (and the opposite of how the light switch works in the same device) and is counterintuitive. They added easy-to-read labels to show fan settings, but the labels would not be needed if the switch position corresponded to the power level being fed to the fan. I'd rather have an older version again. Not an issue big enough to go back or reinstall with a different Switch, but something to be aware of if you experience OCD in these things.
