A good not great review says why
charged and paired and connected with no problems. The second time it wouldn't connect to the phone. I had to connect like the first time. Every time I connect I have to tell it to forget the device and connect as a new device. That's my biggest complaint. Second, it fell off and disconnected a few times and then returned to the pain of reconnecting.
