I bought a microphone that plugs into the headphone jack on my Acer Chromebook. That didn't work for me. I emailed the seller for help as I'm not very tech savvy. They immediately sent me a USB mic for free without asking me to return another mic. The Chromebook detects the microphone, the sound is fully on, the microphone power light is on, but it still doesn't work. I bought it for video chatting but it doesn't work for me. Maybe it's my Chromebook. I will definitely be working with NEWHAODI again as their customer service is absolutely excellent. I am assuming this is user error and NEWHAODI has made every effort to ensure a positive experience with them. I cannot say enough about their excellent customer service.
