Forge Bluepoint - great internal knowledge transfer tool
The ability to create customisable routes/paths with multiple options. You can also configure the system to show different content at different locations along the route. It's difficult to get used to as it takes some time to understand all of the system functions but once you've figured it out it's very easy to use. There are some new features coming soon which will help the overall user experience. We're using Forge Bluepoint to manage our internal tours for our sales team. This has improved our internal knowledge transfer by giving us access to content when we need it.
Pros
- Flexibility in defining paths
- Ability touse pre built map data or bring your own.
- I'm aware there have been problems integrating maps, suchas getting permission from end users before deploying any software.It was relatively expensive comparedto competitors (although this might be better now).I think
