The rating would be higher if the scope and height of the frame were larger. The pictures in the instructions could be clearer. One side assembled correctly and the other side back after screwing in the screws. Excellent. I had to disassemble and redo it. Not suitable for large cats. Perfect for kitten sized cats or miniature cats.
