I've seen mixed reviews on this product so I'll try to provide as much information as I can about my experience with these tunnels. The package I received contained tunnels of two. However, I contacted the seller and he was quick to respond and apologized for not noticing and immediately sent me a new pair of stretchy ones. Still very comfortable but it might bother some people. If one tries to squeeze out (it doesn't bother me but others might bother) I just pull it back in and it's fine all day. as long as the material inside is thick enough, you don't have to worry about shrinkage. These are just torches that have thinner material so they move around a bit when you sleep on them. I wear these tunnels every day except when I'm wearing my fancy ones and I love silicone tunnels. They do the job for the price I paid. Hope this helped!
