After all the hard work, when the end is near, the parts are missing. There are over 25 blank spaces on Harry Potter's face that are not filled with flesh-colored beads. I contacted Perler directly and they replied that they wouldn't send replacement papers as I didn't buy it from them and after a few hours of work I should just send it back to Revain and get my money back. I wouldn't buy anything at the salon after an answer like that. Aside from the missing pieces and the brand's terrible customer service, it's the fact that the beads are not sorted and some colors are so identical that it's very difficult to sort them. Keep in mind that none of these complex colors were two skin tones that seemed to be missing. If you happen to get all the parts, it's probably pretty cool, but I'll never know
