I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.
You write complete nonsense, the fan in the heat of +30 is almost completely useless, I don’t even turn it on because it does more harm than good, as it can blow through. And once again, the fan does not cool the air, it's just a stupid pressure of air that is chasing back and forth. Turn off the fan and in the apartment again + 30 will be in a minute. It needs an air conditioner to circulate fresh air.
