Heat lamps made in USA. I chose it because I needed something to add some head to my bearded aquarium at night when the light wouldn't bother it. That's what makes it great. It's a good size, heats up quickly without adding light and keeps the temperature within a reasonable range for his comfort, allowing him to sleep in the dark. If it lasts the advertised 10,000 hours it is a 5 star product.
