Excellent calipers. I originally got a very cheap one from Harbor Freight (or a similar store) and its main body was plastic. which eventually began to separate and caused the digital screen to go blank unless I hand "smooth" the case so the numbers show up. These eSynics are made out of stainless steel, seem MUCH more durable and are a decent weight which I like and enjoy. Movement is smooth, the screen is clear and easy to read, and accuracy seems top-notch. I mainly use vernier calipers for 3D printing purposes and they are perfect for that. I am very happy with these babies!
