I like it it came earlier than posted datez which I can't complain about but I have 3 problems with this item and I am I think of a return. First of all it is renovated, not new. The 2nd screen is on the dimming side. So when I take it outside, I can barely see anything on the screen (I've adjusted the brightness setting to no avail), and the biggest issue I've had with this particular Chromebook is that it doesn't have Windows 10. Um to be honest i needed windows 10 and maybe it's my fault i didn't read about this point but i needed a chromebook with windows. I'll think a bit before going back, but I'm really disappointed in the three things I mentioned above.
