Based on our own experience, this knife exceeded our expectations! As soon as we UNBOXED it, we were impressed by the sleek design and comfortable handle .The blade is sharp enough to slice through tomatoes with ease and it feels well-balanced in our hand. The matte black finish adds a modern look to our kitchen. The only downside we found is that it doesn't come with a protective sheath for storage.
